No, group study rooms are first come, first serve with at least two people present with two wildcards. Our official policy as stated on the web is as follows:
Six group study rooms are available for groups of two or more patrons. All rooms contain network connections for laptop use and a chalk board. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. Priority will be given to Villanova students, staff or faculty. Reservations for rooms are not taken. A room key may be obtained at the Circulation Desk with the presentation of Villanova Wildcards from at least two group members.

The study room may be used for a maximum of 2 hours per group, while others are waiting. In consideration of others please leave the room in good condition.

Please note eight weeks prior to final exams, the library adjusts the group study room policy restricting use only to undergraduates.

For further information, contact Circulation Desk staff at 610-519-4271.
