General Research Question

I found through google I found a Penn dissertation on metarepresentations: Representing metarepresentations: Is there a theory of mind module? When I clicked on it I found the following: • Check with your library reference desk or help desk for instructions or login information on connecting remotely to ProQuest. • If you have an Athens username and password to log on to ProQuest, click here to reach the Athens login page. Could you help me with that? I dont want to request this dissertation through ILL (especially if there is a charge) because I would like to look through the table of contents first.

The Library has a subscription to the full-text of U.S. dissertation dated back to '97 through Proquest. The link may not have worked for you because you used it from off-campus? If you use the link to Dissertations & Theses Full Text on our Databases A-Z list you should get access to all of these dissertations. I attached a copy of the one in question.
