  • If you have used this service before, please use or bookmark the above link to submit requests.  It is the same login procedure and form used for requesting interlibrary loan materials.
  • The Interlibrary Loan and Periodical Departments will be working together to retrieve and deliver articles from the Falvey Library print and microform collections for interested faculty.  Requests will usually be scanned within 24 hours, excluding weekend or holiday requests, but depending on length, graphic complexity, or web availability, may be delivered in the most expedient way possible.
  • If you have not used the interlibrary loan/document delivery form or procedure before, you will encounter a very brief registration form the first time. Please limit the requests for Falvey print collection articles to 5 per day. Requests submitted in excess of suggested limits will be processed as time allows.
  • Copyright laws may limit or preclude fulfilling requests, if the length or quantity of the item requested amounts to an entire issue or major portion of a work.  Articles available electronically through the library’s catalog or databases may be accessed on your own.
  • When your article is ready, you will receive email notification that it is available at the interlibrary loan/document delivery main menu (after logon).  You may check on the status of your document delivery request by selecting http://villanova.illiad.oclc.org/illiad/logon.html or from the library homepage at My Library Account, then choosing Interlibrary Loan System Account link at http://www.library.villanova.edu/books/mylibacct.html
  • You may also use the link above to request items not owned by Falvey Library.

  • If you have further questions, please call or leave a message at 610-519-4274 OR email ill@villanova.edu
